$10 delivery across NZ to all non-rural areas for orders less than $100. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery within New Zealand via NZ Post.

$16 for rural delivery. Please allow an extra day delivery time for your parcel to reach you in rural areas. Thank you for choosing us.

At Outcast Empire, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your full-priced items, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order for credit, refund, or exchanges. Please email us at info@outcastempire.com with your order number and reason for to initiate the process. Note that sale items are non-refundable unless faulty. To be eligible a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days after we receive your return, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. --- Feel free to let me know if you need any adjustments!

Faulty Items Policy At Outcast Empire, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that has a genuine fault in production, please check the product upon receipt.
